Emma is a challenge: she looks either lovely in glowy nude makeups (certainly thanks to her gorgeous bright eyes) as well as deeper intense looks. A couple of things just do not work though: makeuplessness (is that a word?), summery pastels, too warm, too bright and too harsh in contrast. My initial verdict was Deep (Dark) Winter, a neutral with Winter’s clarity and Autumn’s richness. If she was Autumn, white wouldn’t had worked. Soft Summer is another possibility now I’m acknowleding more softness here.
